Last week Garrett Gilbert did quite the McCoy impersonation and ran for 71 yards, leading UT to a much needed victory over Nebraska. If he can continue this Colt-like play, Texas has a realistic chance at going undefeated for the remainder of the season and giving Mack Brown another 10 win season.

Now, as for this week. Texas takes on Iowa State in a 11 am game. If the college kids can wake up early enough, they will witness a good ol’ smackdown. Iowa State has lost the previous two games by a total of 120 to 27 and they will continue their losing streak in Austin.
