The road to Hollywood stardom used to be long and tumultuous. Actors would work in bit parts for years hoping for that they could break through with one role. That was then, but the Internet is now. These, star on YouTube smash hit and the roles pour in. Clark Duke knows. Partner to Michael Cera on "The Clark and Michael Show" and featured on the popular TV series "Greek," Duke stars in his first major motion picture this month, "Sex Drive," with Seth Green and James Marsden.

A sex drive in more ways than one, Duke plays the womanizing sidekick to a nerd who travels across the country in hopes of losing his virginity. A different role than he's used to, Duke says "the producers saw something in me; they wanted me to be a Lothario, a ladies' man." He is also the source of a lot of the film's humor, improvising some of the funnier lines in the movie. Duke agrees there's a definite 80's vibe to the whole thing. "It's a throwback to those R-Rated 80's comedies where everyone is just trying to lose their virginity and have sex with everyone!"

The transition from TV to movie proved easier than he expected. "There's a lot more time [with movies], there's a lot more to the character. It's just a lot more fun." Fans of "Greek" shouldn't worry though, Duke still enjoys the show a lot and plans to remain with it for the foreseeable future.

Who knows what the future holds for Clark Duke? Beyond an Eddie Murphy comedy next summer, his slate is open. He wouldn't rule out a possible re-teaming with Michael Cera, saying "We've talking about writing something" and would love to work with Apatow and Co. "We'll just have to see." From internet fame to movie stardom, Clark Duke is living proof of the changing Hollywood game.
